Dearest John, over the last more than a decade you were the most incredible, clever, intuitive and kind doctor to me. You diagnosed me within 10 minutes of meeting me and until just before retirement picked up another ailment that I was not aware of! Your empathy and compassion in a world where many doctors are not willing to give you their time or kindness always meant so much. Absolutely gone too soon and you will be sadly missed!
